By accessing this website or entering into a service agreement with Caring Bridges, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Caring Bridges provides person-centred disability support services, including supports funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The specific supports we deliver to you, along with their scope and frequency, are set out in your individual service agreement.

Where supports are funded through the NDIS, delivery is subject to your NDIS plan, available funding and the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. You are responsible for ensuring your plan has sufficient funding for the supports you request.

You agree to provide accurate information, treat our staff with respect, and give reasonable notice of any changes to your supports. A safe working environment must be maintained for support workers attending your home or community settings.

Cancellation and short-notice arrangements are set out in your service agreement and follow the relevant NDIS cancellation rules. Where permitted, short-notice cancellations may be charged in accordance with those rules.

Fees for supports are charged in line with your service agreement and, for NDIS-funded supports, the applicable NDIS price limits. Invoices may be issued to you, your plan manager or the NDIA, depending on how your plan is managed.
