We collect this information directly from you wherever possible, and sometimes from your representatives, support coordinators, health professionals or the NDIA with your consent.

We use your information to deliver and coordinate your supports, develop care plans, process claims and payments, meet our obligations under the NDIS and other laws, and to communicate with you about your services.

We may share your information with our support workers, your nominated representatives, the NDIA, plan managers, and health or service providers involved in your care. We do not sell your personal information, and we only disclose it where permitted or required by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including secure systems and access controls. We retain records for as long as required by law and our funding obligations.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period.
