About Us:
Caring Bridges is a dedicated Disability Support provider based in Central Coast, focusing on individual participant needs to achieve personal goals. We are currently seeking passionate and caring Disability Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses (EEN’s), and Assistant in Nursing (AIN’s) in the Central Coast area. NURSES ARE INVITED TO APPLY Due to the complex nature of our participants’ disabilities, Enrolled Nurses and AIN’s are invited to apply.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a support worker is highly regarded.
  • Experience with participants with high complex physical needs is beneficial.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Valid NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • COVID-19 vaccinations up to date.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Willingness to undergo a police check and NDIS workers screening check.
  • Must be fluent in English.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Provide Personal Care, including manual handling.
  • Assist with community access and travel to appointments.
  • Provide support at home.
  • Perform general cleaning and household duties such as washing, ironing, and cooking.
  • Availability for various shifts, including overnight and awake shifts.
